1.- USER INFORMATION


Borza Real Estate S.L. informs the Users of this website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of personal data that may be collected through its website by browsing, submitting contact, enquiry or subscription forms, contracting services, or purchasing products.


Borza Real Estate S.L. is the Data Controller of the User’s personal data and informs you that such data will be processed in accordance with the current regulations on personal data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD), and therefore provides the following information about the processing:

Data retention criteria:


Data will be kept no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing while there is a mutual interest. When it is no longer necessary for such purpose, it will be deleted using appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization or the complete destruction of the data.

2.- MANDATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER


By ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in contact, registration, subscription, etc. forms, or those presented in download forms, the User expressly, freely and unequivocally accepts that their data are necessary for the provider to handle their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.


All data requested through the website and marked with (*) are mandatory as they are necessary for providing an optimal service to the User. Although the remaining fields are optional, they may be necessary to have all the information required to respond properly to your enquiry. If all the data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services provided by the provider will fully meet your needs.


The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the provider are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereto.

The provider guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect Users’ rights and freedoms, and has provided them with the appropriate information to enable them to exercise those rights.
