Purchased a property with Borza Real Estate Tenerife. Martyna, the sales agent was wonderful. She negotiated an offer for me and organised getting the sale completed very quickly. I was only in a tenerife for a few days and was flying back to the UK.
Met Martyna and Valentina in their offices and signed the sales agreement with the sellers present too. It was all done within days. As I wasn’t a Tenerife resident, my partner stayed on and Martyna organised getting a Spanish bank account for us and applying for, and collecting our NIE. The service received by Borza Real Estate was simply superb.
I decided that I would rent the property, due to the 90 day rule for UK citizens.
The property needed furnished and updated. So Valentina, with her connections and contacts, helped me choose the necessary items to equip a rental property and to do a refurbishment.

potential rental price.
